We run a small management consulting business, but even so, we have complex information technology requirements. In the last ten years, we have contracted two different IT service vendors and didn’t receive the results that we wanted. We were especially disappointed because our vendors acted as if we were too small to get the first class service we deserved. In desperation after a botched email conversion, I asked my office manager to find a new IT company A.S.A.P. My office manager put a post on Facebook asking if anyone knew of a good IT company in the area. Within an hour, she got a recommendation for Vision Computer Solutions (VCS). And one thing led to another and we were talking with VCS Vice President, Peter Marsack before the day was over. We explained our email crisis to Peter over the phone, and he had a member of the VCS team help us with our email issues the same day. Impressive, huh? We decided to continue the courtship with VCS and brought Peter in to discuss what he could do for our company going forward. We, of course, were hesitant because of our past experience with the other company. Based on a system assessment (the best one we had received to date), I chose to do a complete upgrade to our computer systems. VCS arranged convenient financing and completed the project as scheduled. Now, we have a state of the art system, completely integrated in the infamous Cloud! By the way, the VCS team was extraordinary. The team leaders explained the process in detail and answered all our questions beforehand. The day of installation they were on time, friendly, prepared, and professional. Our business was not interrupted as they did the transition after hours. We are pleased as punch with Vision Computer Solutions! Check them out if you have systems issues or visions – especially if you have a small business that has been underserved.
