We made the switch to Vision in May after feeling ignored by our old tech. Not only was there a lack of communication, but our slow network was starting to be a major factor in our growing company and no solution seemed to be insight. We were sick of break-fix solutions and decided to make a change. Vision made our entire IT project as painless as possible. Throughout the entire process what truly won us over were four areas: staff, planning, resources and relationships. Knowledgeable Staff: We have never felt as if Vision could not tackle an idea or project we have thrown at them. If a specific tech does not know how to resolve an issue, Vision has the resources to do so. Detailed Planning: Before implementing anything, Vision provided us with great illustrations of exactly what our infrastructure would include as well as how we would transition with as few issues as possible. Friendly/Helpful Employees: All of the staff at Vision have been so friendly, helpful, while still demonstrating professionalism. Strong Business Relationships: Vision strives to maintain a good relationship with its clients. The staff as a whole works to make clients happy with their services. They are proactive with contacting us with any concerns we may have with the service we are provided. Comparing Vision with our old tech is a day and night difference. From their knowledgeable technicians to the ease of communication; Vision has truly earned our business.
