We called the first IT website we could find in a panic because our internet wasn’t working and Brighthouse said it was a “DNS problem with our router”. We of course had no idea what that meant or how to fix it and we don’t have an IT person on staff. Our entire business is dependent upon the internet working, so we were really pretty frustrated and upset. I explained this confusing problem to both Adam and Peter from Vision and they were understanding, easy to talk with and… actually kinda funny! Our problem was solved quickly and professionally (they actually adjusted their schedule to squeeze us in right away) and the entire process was just really easy. These guys are perfect and they will absolutely have all my business and referrals from here on out. Thanks again!
