We chose Vision for their customer service attitude, technical capabilities and ability to remain flexible working alongside our corporate office IT support group. They are a focused company dedicated to delivering a quality IT service to their customers. We didn’t see any other options that offered this local level of service. We were not interested in IT services from a satellite organization or somewhere that was going to take days to support us on site. Things always breakdown at the most inconvenient time and breakdowns cost more time and money than regular maintenance. I think about it like changing your oil. You could ignore it and might get away with it for a while, but eventually it will become a major, costly issue. Since Vision started maintaining our network we have seen faster computers and fewer problems!
